Legal and privacy enquiries
For requests related to:
exercise of GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection);
exercise of CCPA / US state privacy law rights (deletion, access, correction, opt-out of sale/share);
withdrawal of consent;
account deletion;
refund requests;
legal complaints and notices;
requests from regulators or law enforcement.

Response time: within 1 month of receipt and identity verification (GDPR Article 12(3)). For complex requests or where we receive a large volume of requests, this period may be extended by up to 2 additional months, in which case we will inform you within the first month of receipt and explain the reasons for the delay.
Authorized agent (CCPA / US state laws): residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, Texas, and other US states with applicable privacy laws may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on their behalf. Email legal@socrion.io with proof of agent authorization for processing instructions.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
We encourage you to first contact us at legal@socrion.io so that we can address your concerns directly. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
