A pause in work to assess what's grown. Not a finale, but a checkpoint — what was planted has given first fruits, and you need to decide whether to continue or change approach.

The assessment shows: much investment, little return, time to change something. Or, conversely, you underestimate what's already grown and want to abandon everything. Also: impatience with processes that take time.
